Refund and Exchange Policy

The garment factory does not offer refunds on orders.

We do however in extenuating circumstances (see listed below), offer exchanges for the exact item (based on fabric availability) within 4-days of the item reaching its destination in exact condition and packaging as it left our facilities.

  1. Items proven to have been visibly damaged on arrival.
  2. Clear evidence that the wrong style, size or print was sent to you. This will be based solely on your original order and that the error was from our end.

The 4-day time frame will be based on DHL delivery tracking information.

After the stipulated 4-days, we can no longer honour an exchange.

Please note that we will not honour an exchange of any kind based on your ordering the incorrect size. We STRONGLY suggest that you refer to the size chart and select your size based on the recommendations

For the above stipulations to be considered please note that TGF hangtags must remain intact on the item with no make-up, fragrance, deodorant or sweat stains or stains at the hem or sleeves from being worn. This will be confirmed after item has been returned to us.

Please note that we do not cover or refund return shipping charges.

As you may know, we operate a made on order model, which makes returns a challenge, we will however make an exception in extenuating circumstances where there’s been a manufacturing defect. If nothing can be done to correct the garment, we can exchange the goods for another style of equal value, pending material availability of the garment of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for any differences in price in said transaction.
