Shipping Policy

The garment factory ships worldwide via DHL express.

Once an order has been received you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days from when the order was confirmed.

Please allow another 5-10 working days for your order to be received.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

You should receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details, within the above stipulated timeframe once your order has been processed and dispatched.

If you have not received a dispatch notification within these timeframes, please notify us by sending an email to ecommerce@thegarmentfactory.net Be sure to indicate your order number.

Shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) maybe subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. The garment factory has no control over these charges and we are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country.

The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. 

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service not TGF to ensure packages are delivered.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit or abandoned and disposed of by shipping carrier.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. 

We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order the responsibility is with the customer to locate their package.

Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
